These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rookie Spitfire (Discord bot), rookie-spitfire.xyz (website), and Spitfire Launcher (mobile and desktop application), collectively referred to as "the Services." By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview of the Services
The Services provide Discord-based features, account connection functionality, and related tools. The Services may change or be discontinued at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your Discord account, Epic Games account, and any activity that occurs through them in connection with the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all actions performed using connected accounts.
4. Third-Party Account Connections
Some features of the Services allow you to connect external accounts through third-party authentication systems. By connecting an external account, you authorize the Services to access and use that account as required to provide the intended functionality.
We are not affiliated with any third-party providers, and we are not responsible for their services, policies, or any actions they take regarding your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, exploit, or disrupt the Services
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Services
- Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
- Bypass restrictions, rate limits, or security measures
- Use the Services in a way that negatively affects stability or other users
6. Premium Features and Payments
Some features of the Discord bot are offered as paid premium access. Payments are handled entirely by third-party payment providers. We do not store or process payment card details.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or by the relevant payment provider.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, abuse of the Services, or security concerns.
We may also revoke access to premium features at our discretion.
8. Service Availability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or continued availability of any specific feature.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services depend on third-party platforms and services, including Discord, account providers, and payment providers. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of these third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or direct damages, losses, data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
