Welcome to Rookie Spitfire. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Discord bot and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the individual or individuals operating Rookie Spitfire .

Service Description

Rookie Spitfire is a Discord bot designed for Epic Games account management that integrates with Epic Games accounts.

Data Collection and Use

  • API Data Collection: Our API facilitates communication between the website and the bot and collects data, including but not limited to, IP addresses for security purposes. This data isstored indefinitely unless the user explicitly requests deletion or unless required for security investigations.
  • Service Data: We collect information such as visited page URLs, used commands, and Epic Games account details (including account ID, device ID, and secret). These technical identifiers are necessary for the proper operation of the bot and for analytics. Epic Games account details are stored only as long as necessary for service operation and deleted upon user request or account removal.
  • Analytics Data: Data collected for analytics purposes, such as usage statistics and performance metrics, is stored indefinitely to improve our services.

User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use Rookie Spitfire in a lawful manner. Engaging in malicious activities —including, but not limited to, launching attacks or abusing our services— is strictly prohibited. Any such violation may result in immediate, permanent suspension or termination and deletion of your associated data.

Premium Services

  • Your access to premium features will be revoked immediately if your use of the service is terminated.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, except where required by law. If you reside in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory refund rights, your refund rights apply only if you have not begun using the premium features.
  • If you are permanently suspended or terminated from Rookie Spitfire, your access to premium features will be revoked without a refund, regardless of the remaining time on your subscription.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Enforcement Actions on Epic Games Accounts: Rookie Spitfire is not responsible for any suspensions, bans, or other enforcement actions taken by Epic Games on your Epic Games account as a result of using our services. You acknowledge that Epic Games has full control over enforcement decisions, and we have no ability to appeal or reverse them.
  • Service Downtime and Errors: Rookie Spitfire is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or reliability. Errors, downtime, or unexpected issues may occur at any time, and we are not liable for any disruptions or lost access to premium features.
  • Service Termination: Rookie Spitfire may discontinue or shut down its services at any time, without any obligation to provide notice or compensation. Users will not be entitled to any refunds, except where legally required.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, account restrictions, or service interruptions.
  • We are not responsible for the content or functionality of third-party links or services provided through our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited behavior, or fail to meet legal or policy requirements. Rookie Spitfire may suspend or terminate your access at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, and without providing an explanation. Termination will result in the immediate loss of access to all services, including premium features, and may result in the deletion of your data.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
